From 12-energy efficient colors that help reduce cooling costs to a 40-year warranty against chipping, cracking, peeling or blistering, Presidential steel buildings can qualify a project for LEEDS acceptance. Stainless steel capped fasteners come with a lifetime rust warranty and Presidential’s industry standard roof systems are backed by a full package of warranties.
