How much will shipping be?
Because of differences in the shipment weight and destination, shipping
fees will vary. We share load our shipments, which saves our customers money.
We will load as many buildings as possible in one full semi-truck load.
How long will it take the shipment to arrive?
Delivery times are different from project to project because each building is unique in size and style. After understanding your building’s requirements, your sales representative will give you a better idea of when your delivery time will be.
What are the buildings made of?
Presidential buildings are all made of 100% U.S. high quality commercial
grade steel.
Is the building’s framing secure?
The frames in our steel buildings are connected together with screw fasteners and bolts. The connections will remain secure because there is very little movement in the frame unlike wooden frame buildings which become loose because of shrinkage and warping.
Are the buildings painted?
Yes, the sidewalls and trim are painted with Akzo Nobel paints, the leading engineer of heavy-duty and long lasting protective coatings and paints.
Can I pick a paint color for my building?
Yes, we have 10 wall, trim & roof colors to choose from. The paints
are also backed by a 40 year warranty. Please review our color
chart for more information.
Will the buildings be insulated?
We offer many types of insulation with a range of R-values for our customers to choose from. If you’re not sure which insulation is right for you, our customer service representatives can help you determine what insulation type is best suited for your building.
Can I place doors and windows on my steel building?
Yes, you can. Our buildings are customizable enough to incorporate
windows, doors, ceiling lights and a whole lot more.Your personal steel
building sales rep will assist you with designing the right building
for you.
Will my new building meet my local building codes or wind/snow load requirements?
Yes, every building designed by Presidential Steel Buildings is designed
to comply with your local building codes plus wind and snow load requirements.
We will design the buildings with these requirements in mind and provide
you with drawings that will be stamped and certified by one of our
registered engineers.
Who will construct and assemble my building?
Since Presidential Steel Buildings provides easy to follow assembly manuals
and drawings with every building we design, many of our
customers erect the building themselves. We also have a large list
of contractors that have successfully assembled and erected our buildings
that we can put you in contact with.
