Limited warranties on all our steel buildings
Included with Presidential Steel Buildings commitment to quality and
service, the following features come standard with every steel building.
Our steel buildings include PBR roof panels
Stronger than the commonly used “R” roof panels and standard on all of Presidential
steel buildings, our 26 gauge Purlin Bearing Rip panels have
an extended overlap that creates a leak proof seal. These panels
come with a 25 year warranty against rust perforation.
Steel frame I-beam construction
A gray primer oxide is painted on the main frames to protect
against rust and backed with a 50 year warranty against defects
in materials and workmanship.
All of our steel buildings have stainless steel self-drilling capped fasteners
Manufactured for quick and easy drilling and backed with a lifetime warranty, our self-drilling fasteners minimize surface damage due to their design to prevent slipping of drill points. These fasteners also provide a water tight seal because they are used along with neoprene washers.
Girts, Purlins & C-Sections
Girts, purlins and C-sections are beams that hold the frame,
roof and side panels in place. They are all galvanized with
a zinc coating to provide extra protection against corrosion.
Our steel buildings come with a siliconized polyester coating
All of Presidential steel buildings are coated with akzo
Nobel paints who are the leading provider of paints, finishes and synthetic
resins for industrial applications. You can choose from eleven
panel and trim colors. (Please note that the colors shown
may differ from the actual colors due to variations in computer
monitors and web page browser displays. Call for our brochure
to view color swatches.) With the manufacturer's warranty included with
Presidential's, we're able to offer a 40 year warranty on the
coating.
