Roof Options

Presidential’s screwed down roof panels are AZ55 Galvalume® made from 26-gauge steel with a yield of 80,000 PSI and a corrugation depth of 1 1/4". The strength of the steel together with the high PSI yield and deep corrugation create tremendous protection against strong winds and heavy snow loads. The PBR panels are wind rated to meet Florida code (FL-3722-R1). Colored panels are coated with AkzoNobel TRINAR® (KYNAR 500®/HYLAR 5000®), energy efficient, sustainable metal finishes.

Zeus Shield® Standing Seam Roof

Architectural and trapezoidal 24-gauge standing seam roofs (SSR) are also available in a variety of popular colors. The patented technology on Presidential standing seam roofs provides superior performance with regard to wind and weather protection as well as cost efficiency without affecting the aesthetic appearance of the roof. The seam geometry and seaming methods virtually assure that your installed roof will perform as designed at minimum cost.

Painted Sidewall Panels

The paint on Presidential’s sidewall panels is a siliconized polyester coating that carries a 40-year limited warranty against chipping, cracking, peeling or blistering. A substrate galvanized coating beneath the paint provides further protection against rust. These panels are wind rated to meet Florida code (FL-3985-R2).

Complete Trim Package

Presidential provides a complete trim package to enhance the beauty of our steel buildings. This package includes J trim to cover cut edges of wall panels around door openings, jamb covers for galvanized jambs and a header cover for galvanized headers.

Base Trim Package

The base trim package that comes with every Presidential steel building system completely seals the bottom of the building against leaks. This trim matches the trim on the remainder of the building and is supplied at no extra charge.

Galvanized Secondary Framing

All Presidential steel buildings come standard with galvanized secondary framing. A zinc coating, not a primer, is applied to all secondary framing for protection against rust and corrosion. This includes purlins, girts, base angles, eave struts, all C-sections and the jambs and headers of overhead door frames.
